Nokia X6 features and specifications
Much of the Nokia X6’s spec has leaked ahead of the announcement, so we’re not in for any surprises here. Powered by a Snapdragon 636 octa-core chip with either 4- or 6GB of RAM, the X6 has a 5.8in Full-HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio, with Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. It has a notch at the top of this display, which is a first for the company. Inside this notch is a 16Mp selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. Another 16Mp, f/2.0 camera is found at the rear, alongside a second 5Mp, f/2.2 lens and dual-LED flash. This vertical assembly sits above a fingerprint scanner. Measuring 147.2×70.98×7.99mm the Nokia X6 weighs 151g. You can expand its internal storage through microSD, though you do so at the expense of dual-SIM functionality since it’s a hybrid slot. In terms of other connectivity there’s USB-C, which supports Quick Charge 3.0 for fast-charging the phone’s 3060mAh battery – you’ll get about 50% in 30 minutes. There’s also 802.11ac Wi-Fi, 4G, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, A-GPS and a 3.5mm headphone jack. With Android Oreo out the box, Nokia has confirmed the X6 will receive Android P when it becomes available.
