At £99 the EE Harrier Mini offers a cheap entry point for a phone capable of fast 4G data download speeds, but EE isn’t the only UK mobile operator to offer its own-brand cheap 4G phone. Vodafone has also recently unveiled its Smart Prime 6, and at £79 it arguably offers better value than the Harrier Mini. With very similar specifications, including a 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage and 8-/2Mp cameras, there’s little to differentiate between Harrier Mini and Smart Prime 6....

Believe what you’re reading, though, because the Elephone P8 Mini is a circa-£120 Android Nougat phone with some impressive strings in its bow, and a worthy competitor to the UK’s best budget phone, the Moto G5. In contrast, Epson’s Eco-Tank printers are more expensive to buy, but they do away with ink cartridges altogether, replacing them with a large ‘tank’ that contains enough ink to print thousands of pages before needing to be refilled. That allows Epson to drastically reduce the long-term running costs for printing documents, as well as reducing waste from throw-away cartridges. The latest additions to the Eco-Tank range continue that focus on running costs, with the new ET-3750 now being sold with enough ink to print a massive 14,000 pages in black and white, and 11,200 pages in colour....

So, which one is best? We take a look at how Facebook Stories shapes up. What is Facebook Stories? It’s a new feature which lets you temporarily share images and short videos (up to 20 seconds) with either selected friends or on your general feed. Sammobile has run what it says are images of the S10 Lite’s user manual in Portuguese. Interestingly, the triple cameras remain, though in a vertical alignment compared to the horizontal ones on the S10 and S10 Plus. Further suggestion that the phone won’t be called the S10 Lite is fuelled by the inclusion of triple cameras, therefore besting the existing S10e. It’d be quite the busy S10 line up, and this phone might end up being a Galaxy A series....

The company also confirmed that the app would get an update in Q3 for Korean users that will enable the Watch Active 2’s ECG function that was cleared for commercial use in May. Much like Apple Watch Series 4 and 5, the ECG function is built into the Watch Active 2’s hardware but is only allowed by region-specific software as health bodies must approve its use. Samsung’s official announcement suggests that you need a separate blood pressure cuff to calibrate the watch, suggesting you need to recalibrate every four weeks....
